The main tasks of the Industrial Automation Department are the implementation of projects in the field of design and construction of machine and production line control systems, as well as machine automation service. The projects are carried out comprehensively, from the design and prefabrication of control cabinets, through the software of PLCs, creation of visualization tailored to the requirements of the customer, to the implementation of the system at the customer's site. Design of control systems

We design control systems tailored to the customer's needs and modify and modernize already existing machine and production line automation systems. We also analyse the course of production processes, thanks to which we can propose improvements that will speed up production and minimize the number of failures and faulty end products.

Programming of programmable logic controllers as an element of control system design

We offer PLC programming by Siemens, Mitsubishi, GE/Emerson, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, B&R. The control programs are adapted to the customer's assumptions and requirements and comply with IEC 61131 standard. Depending on the needs, we use appropriate PLC programming languages (Ladder diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), Instruction List (IL), Sequential Function Chart (SFC)).

Programming of SCADA systems

Visualisation is an indispensable element of automation control systems, thanks to it we are able to supervise the work of machines and devices, and thus control the course of production processes. Visual form of data presentation enables even less experienced production workers to work with machines. We are able to create an extensive application presenting in graphic form: the course of the production process, control panels for controlling executive systems, SCADA visualisation.

Design and prefabrication of control cabinets

We specialise in the design and prefabrication of control cabinets, we also carry out the construction of control cabinets according to the customer's design. We make sure that the order is completed in the shortest possible time and with the greatest possible care. Control cabinets are prefabricated from the highest quality components.
