The Maritime Automation Department carries out projects related to ship control systems and services for automation and electronics of already existing systems. We also deal with the so-called retrofits, i.e. replacement of the old system with a new one with the same functionalities. All projects are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the classifier, under which a given shipowner is subject. We provide solutions for small, medium and large vessels. Ship's engine room monitoring system

We offer designing of ship engine room monitoring systems, the systems are created on the basis of programmable PLCs and SCADA visualisation or HMI displays. Our engine room monitoring system is designed for ships with manned as well as unattended engine room and meets all requirements of classifiers.

Shipboard fuel consumption measuring system

The ship's fuel consumption measurement system is also based on a programmable PLC controller, which collects data by means of communication with flow meters placed on the fuel system, such a solution minimizes the number of wires needed to install the system. Extensive SCADA visualization application allows for an accurate data analysis, thanks to which it is possible to easily supervise the unit operation costs.

Design and prefabrication of control cabinets

We specialise in the design and prefabrication of control cabinets for automation systems, we also build electrical cabinets according to the customer's design. We make sure that the execution of the order is done in the shortest possible time and with the greatest possible care. All the automation components are provided with an appropriate maritime certificate and comply with all applicable standards.

Modifications and modernisation of maritime automation systems

We also carry out modifications and modernization of already existing marine automation systems in order to obtain additional functionality or to replace electronic components, the production of which has been completed by the manufacturer, with new ones available on the market.
