In August 2019 we were once again called upon to service the automation service of the CNC milling machine based on the Fanuc Series 0-M controller, on which we repaired the safety system, this time the control system was a problem. During the procedure of finding the starting position of all three axes (Home), an error of Y axis - overtravel appeared. The problem turned out to be changes in parameters, the length of the Y axis was too big and it was reaching the ends. The change of parameters and adjustment of cams brought the machine back to proper work.
