Last month we serviced a system for measuring the level of flour in silos for Cukiernia Mistrza Jana. The system was based on the VEGAMET 625 controller, enabling communication using the HART protocol. The problem was incorrect indications and communication fades between the VEGAPULS 69 radar probes and the VEGAMET 625 controller. After a quick intervention, we removed the failure and delivered a new version of the visualization made in Excel, which corrected errors in calculating the percentage of flour per cubic metre and tonne.
